COVID-19 WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
Safe Working Environment. Client agrees to undertake the best efforts to ensure that guests and attendees at the wedding treat Photographer and Photographer’s staff with respect and dignity and that Photographer is provided with a safe working environment. Photographer retains the right to cancel the remainder of any photography session in the event guests and/or attendees of the wedding commit any instances of sexual harassment, violence, threats, any risk to our health or other similar behavior that would lead a reasonable person to feel unsafe in such environment. In the event of such cancellation client shall not be entitled to any refund.
Cooperation of Client and Guests Client will cooperate with Photographer and defer to Photographer’s professional judgment related to setting, poses, picture grouping and other matters of artistic discretion. Photographer retains the absolute right to refuse to photograph any situation, pose, or grouping that would interfere with Photographer’s artistic discretion. Client will utilize best efforts to ensure that guests and attendees cooperate with Photographer.
Covid-19
All guest and attendees of session or event will need to wear mask at all times during a session or event.
Pre-Wedding Consultation
The Client agrees to a pre-wedding consultation. The consultation shall work to finalize the schedule, locations and Client’s
particular requests.
(Consultation can be in the form of face to face, conversation over the phone with a written agreement through text and/or skype/facetime
conversation.) CANCELLATION: All retainers are non-refundable. Clients are given one pass to reschedule for emergency purposes, if session needs to be cancelled. The session must be cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time; Beyond that, you must place a new retainer to secure a new date. Should weather cause us to reschedule there is no fee for that. Once a session fee is paid in full there are no refunds, only reschedules. (only one reschedule allowed in this instance per the photographer’s availability) In the case of the cancellation of an Event, all retainers are nonrefundable. The event must be cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time. Once an event fee is paid in full there are no refunds. If a reschedule is possible, we can accommodate according to photographer’s availability. (only one reschedule allowed) *Cancellation for travel for hotels
CPStudioz Captured Photography Studioz does not do any body alteration editing. All edits will be in the true likeness of the client. CPStudioz Captured Photography Studioz will keep digital copies via online gallery for 30 days after their photo session or wedding date (photo session includes engagement, bridals, wedding date, boudoir or video session). After the set time has passed, the digital copies will be removed from the archives and will no longer be available. We are not responsible for removed digital images (moving or still) and prints after being removed from the archives. It is recommended to save the files you would like once received. A personal download pin will be provided for every client.
Photographic Materials
All photographic materials, including but not limited to negatives, transparencies, proofs, and previews, shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer. The Photographer will deliver wedding images, videos, products within 4 to 6 months of the wedding date. even after delivery its property of the photographer.
Artistic Rights The Photographer retains the right of discretion in selecting the photographic materials released to the client. All image sizes are approximate. The photographer will provide a color balance but cannot guarantee exact color matching. It is sometimes not possible to record the exact color as seen by the human eye.
